480-685-0676WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU REACH OUT
Once your request comes in, Travis reviews the details — and for anything more than a minor trim, he walks the property himself before writing a number. That site visit is how he catches what photos miss: overhead power lines, root systems near a slab, access constraints a crew needs to plan around. The written quote you receive reflects the actual job, not a ballpark someone pulled out of thin air. The quote is the price.
Most estimates come back within 24 hours, often the same day. There is no obligation when you receive one — you decide whether to move forward, on your timeline. If you do book, full cleanup is part of every job: all wood is chipped or hauled, brush is cleared, and the property gets a final blow-down before the crew leaves. You will not be left sorting debris.
Estimate & contact questions
- What's the fastest way to get a quote?
- Text photos directly to our number. Shoot the tree or trees from a couple of angles, include a shot showing how a truck would access the yard, and send them over. Travis can often turn around a rough estimate from photos alone without scheduling a site visit first — which means you get a number faster and skip the wait.
- Where does Palm Squad work?
- Our crews are based in Gilbert and run jobs throughout the East Valley every day: Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Tempe. If you are just outside that footprint, reach out anyway — it is worth a quick conversation.
- What details should I include when I reach out?
- The more context you give, the sharper the estimate. Helpful specifics: your city or cross streets, the type of tree (palm, mesquite, pine, etc.), roughly how tall it is, whether the tree is close to a structure or fence, and how a truck would get to your backyard. You do not need all of this — name and phone number gets the ball rolling — but the details help Travis prep before he ever steps on your property.
- Is the estimate free?
- Yes. On-site estimates cost nothing and carry no obligation. Travis walks the job, writes the quote, and you decide. If the scope changes once work starts — which is rare — he talks to you before anything shifts. No surprise invoices.
- Do you haul everything away, or is cleanup extra?
- Cleanup is always included — it is not an add-on, and there is no separate haul-away fee. After every job the crew chips or loads all wood and brush, rakes the area, and does a final blow-down of the yard. The expectation is simple: your property leaves cleaner than it was when we arrived.
- How soon can you come out to look at my trees?
- For standard tree and palm work we usually have a written estimate back to you within 24 hours of your request, and we set the on-site visit around your schedule. Hazard situations — a tree on a roof, blocking a driveway, or leaning on a wall — jump the line. For those, skip the form and call or text so we can move fast.
- Do I have to be home for the estimate or the work?
- Not always. For the estimate it helps if Travis can walk the property with you so you can point out exactly what's bothering you, but if you can't be there, we can often quote from clear photos and a few details about access. On work days, plenty of homeowners leave us to it — we lock the gate, clean up, and send photos when the job is done.
- Can I book the whole job by text without a phone call?
- Yes. Text photos of your trees and your property access to our number and we'll send back a firm estimate, usually within 24 hours. If we need one more angle, or a detail about gate width or overhead power lines, we'll ask. A good share of our jobs are scheduled entirely over text.
